The only major American art fair run by a nonprofit organisation, the New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) presents some of the world’s youngest art galleries dedicated to emerging contemporary art. It takes place at the Deauville Beach Resort, where visitors have the chance to purchase limited-edition NADA x PAOM tees, a collaboration between the fair and online design platform Print All Over Me.

Marking its first anniversary, PAMM is celebrating with the first stateside music and visual performance by Future Brown. Future Brown and vocalists perform alongside a vibrant light and video production by THV Entertainment, as well as to the backdrop of a water sports event choreographed by DIS Magazine.
6. PIERRE PAULIN-HERMAN MILLER INSTALLATION BY LOUIS VUITTON / DECEMBER 2-7 2014
Neighbourhood: Design District
French furniture designer Pierre Paulin and renowned American furniture maker Herman Miller planned to collaborate in 1972. Louis Vuitton and Design Miami have realised the unfinished project some 40 years later with this debut exhibition during Art Basel. The exhibition coincides with Nadine Descendre’s book release of Pierre Paulin: L’homme et l’oeuvre.

The eighth Edition of Red Dot Art Fair showcases 60 contemporary galleries across painting, sculpture and photography. The opening reception is held on Tuesday, December 2, and benefits the Center for Autism & Related Disabilities of Miami.

9. RUCO LINE INTERCITY/ DECEMBER 4-7 2014

In collaboration with RUCO LINE, Siberian pop artist Ludmilla Radchenko debuts a capsule collection with the Italian label during Art Basel. A line of sneakers, leggings, sweaters and scarves is presented at the Ca’ d’Oro Gallery.
10. SELECT / DECEMBER 2-7 2014

The third edition of the SELECT art fair has relocated to North Miami Beach to a 40,000sq-ft (3,716.2sq-m) tent boasting some 50 galleries. The adjacent Art Deco amphitheatre hosts installations, performances and exhibitions, and Solange Knowles has been enlisted as performance curator.
